Job Description
Maintenance Management:
- Responsible for plant maintenance to reduce downtime and assure peak efficiencies.
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance with safety standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team fostering safety and continuous improvement.
- Mentor, engage, and develop teams to maximize contributions.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage maintenance budget efficiently.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality service.
Emergency Response:
- Develop emergency response plans and coordinate during emergencies.
- Ensure public safety during crises.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and submit reports as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
