Job Description
Under the direct supervision of Loan Documentation Section Head, this role involves handling tasks related to registration and annotation of mortgaged collateral at Cebuana Lhuillier.
Qualifications:
- Collating and reviewing loan and collateral documents for accuracy.
- Ensuring precise computation of registration fees.
- Securing proof of payment for upfront fees from clients.
- Coordinating payment release for registration expenses.
- Arranging schedules for collateral registration/annotation.
- Monitoring registration progress and providing updates.
- Endorsing registered Bank Collaterals to Loan Servicing Section.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Collateral registration/annotation processes.
- Willingness to work in Bacoor, Cavite.
