Job Description
Job Description: The position is primarily responsible for the administration and maintenance of the bank database system at Cebuana Lhuillier. Ensuring the security and integrity of these databases is a key aspect of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose issues
- Categorize and record queries, provide solutions
- Support problem identification
- Advise users on actions
- Monitor issues till resolution
- Escalate unresolved problems
- Provide online security advice
- Interpret user problems and propose solutions
- Address user problems and search for solutions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Computer-related field
- Minimum 3 years Database Administration experience, 2 years team leadership
- Location: Makati
