Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Your main responsibilities include managing and training store staff, monitoring inventory levels, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be in charge of resolving any customer complaints and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate for this role must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is required. Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software is also preferred.
