Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist at Bon Chon Chicken is responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Handle employee relations issues and benefits administration.
- Develop HR policies, conduct training, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support performance management processes and HR projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, excellent communication skills, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
