Job Description
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and correct them as directed.
- Manage complex proactive events, escalate third-party problems, and provide IT support services.
- Mentor new hires, document end-user problems, and research fixes for new issues.
- Work with infrastructure, assist in maintaining accurate service desk knowledge-based tools.
- Area of support includes troubleshooting, software problems, configuration, database administration, network setup, and more.
- Virus/Spyware Removal/Detection and reporting complex issues to Incident Manager.
