Job Description
Mabuhay Tea House is seeking a full-time line cook to join our food operations team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sets up and stocks food items and supplies.
- Prepares and cooks food following specified recipes.
- Maintains cleanliness and adheres to food sanitation standards.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces.
- Conducts inventory checks and maintains food storage logs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cooking vegetarian dishes is preferred.
- Passionate about food development, organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Works well under pressure, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
- Culinary school diploma or TESDA Accredited Certification.
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Line Cook (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficiency in Filipino and English communication.
- Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to commute to Malate Manila and start immediately.
