Job Description
Role: Customer Service Representative – Telco Account
Timings: Rotational Shifts (Permanent)
Industry: BPO
Work Mode: Work from office
Functional Area: ITES / BPO / Customer Service
Process: Voice
CSR – Virgin Media
SHS Grad with 6 months BPO exp
HS Grad and any college level with 1 year BPO exp
Amenable to work on site (Cubao, Quezon City)
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Willing to work with Queue management
With 30k Signing Bonus (if starting ASAP until March 20)
Salary: 18k-27k max package
Online Process: Workday completion > Validation > HRI > Assessment > FI > JO
