Job Description
- College graduate of any business course
- At least 3 years experience in purchasing
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Flexible, adaptable, and organized
- Can start immediately
Duties, Responsibilities, and Authorities:
- Prepares purchase orders based on approved purchase request and canvas.
- Monitors completeness of delivery as against purchase order and coordinates with suppliers and accounting on any variance.
- Monitors status of local materials and maintains excellent relationships with suppliers.
- Keeps all pertinent purchasing records and documents.
