Job Description
As an Incident Management Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving IT incidents to minimize business impact. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely incident response and resolution, as well as implementing preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
Your role will involve identifying root causes of incidents, documenting incident details, and preparing incident reports for management review. Additionally, you will participate in incident response drills and continuously improve incident management processes.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in incident management, IT operations, or a related field is preferred.
