We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Care Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers, providing guidance, support, and assistance throughout the process.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting welcome calls, guiding customers through product setup, and addressing any queries or concerns to ensure their satisfaction. You will also collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
