Job Description
- Monitor, maintain, and improve HR systems and data for efficiency and adaptation purposes
- Identify, analyze, and document issues or change requests and work with different teams to address them promptly
- Coordinate implementation of solutions and improvements across HR systems based on business requirements
- Act as a local escalation point for HR system-related issues
- Collaborate with various teams on resolution and improvement efforts related to HR systems
- Provide support to the local finance expense team on Workday-related issues
