Job Description
- Responsible for the man pooling/recruitment of employees.
- Conduct examinations and initial interviews with applicants.
- In charge of orientating qualified applicants.
- Responsible for the IDs and maintenance of the 201 file.
- Handle regular timekeeping for every cut-off.
- Implement House Rules and issue memorandums if needed.
- Issue necessary certifications and clearances for employees.
- Facilitate PhilHealth reports, SS notifications, and Personnel Action Plan.
- Update and maintain employee information, employment, and status changes.
- Provide secretarial support, including organizing work, answering calls, and maintaining supplies.
- Ensure confidentiality of human resource information.
