Overall Purpose:
Provide Talent Intelligence/ Talent Research to Internal stakeholders/ Business to fulfill demands.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and create sourcing tactics
- Manage Operational Excellence
- Sourcing pipeline management
- Analyze and interpret data to produce insights
- Provide monthly coaching and performance feedback
- Collaborates with Sourcing Planning leads
- Monitor team performance and utilization
- Manage and monitor channel budgets
- Drive process improvement
- Account management

Skill and Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in Sourcing Talent Acquisition
