Job Description
As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities. Your role will involve coordinating with maintenance staff, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that our facilities are safe and well-maintained.
You will assist in developing maintenance procedures, conducting inspections, and implementing cost-saving measures. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this position. Experience in facility management and knowledge of safety regulations will be beneficial.
