Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at Achieve Without Borders, Inc. (AWB). As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
- Leading the year-end audit process and liaising with external auditors.
- Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
