Job Description
We are looking for Customer Experience (CX) Specialists for Nanoleaf who are expected to process tickets via Zendesk and/or help customers who contact the brand via their website chat platform.
WHO SHOULD APPLY:
- Those with previous relevant experience in outsourced customer service especially with some technical or troubleshooting involved.
- Those who have worked in an outsourcing environment and are comfortable working with colleagues from different countries and timezones
- Those who have experience in processing tickets or emails and providing customer service via chat support.
DETAILS:
- This is a hybrid set-up (mostly work-from-home) and requires a WFH setup.
- Graveyard shift schedule. Must be available to work evenings or weekends.
- Base pay is P16,00 plus P4,00 non-taxable allowance.
