Job Description
Real Estate Virtual Assistant
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate professionals and help ensure smooth operations in the day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the real estate agent’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings and open houses.
- Create and update listings on various real estate platforms.
- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties.
- Assist with drafting and editing real estate contracts and agreements.
- Perform market research and provide analysis on property trends.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
