Job Description
The position will act as the HR representative on site, coordinating all HR and administrative concerns for employees. Must report to Makati office occasionally.
Compensation & Benefits
- Responsible for payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and payroll accuracy review.
- Handle payroll approvals, reporting, and funds disbursement.
Recruitment & Selection
- Source and screen applicants, endorse for interviews, and collect pre-employment requirements.
Employee Engagement
- Implement company programs, resolve site issues, and engage with employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
