Job Description
Receives, inspects, records, safe-keeps, and monitors stocks, ensuring proper issuance of receipts for every inventory movement.
Ensures customer data are thoroughly checked before encoding into the Customer’s Master Data System.
Produces necessary files, reports, and documents, monitoring system performance for timely and accurate order processing.
Manages documentation for motorcycle loan applicants, ensuring information accuracy and compliance before submission for financing.
Establishes effective records management system for file safekeeping at the branch.
Handles Petty Cash Fund replenishment and administrative tasks along with routine clerical work.
Performs assigned duties by Branch Manager and follows specific instructions from Head Office.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business-related.
- Motorcycle industry background is advantageous.
- Driver’s license and motorcycle driving skills preferred.
- Must possess customer service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,910.00 per month
