The Cash Application Specialist will ensure financial integrity, manage third-party payments, reconcile customer payments, balance daily accounts receivable, and address billing issues in Manila, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in financial records.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers.
- Balance daily accounts receivable batches and prepare income reports.
- Review credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply corrections to billing records.
