Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer courteously outbound or inbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide personalized customer service.
- Ensure feedback for service improvement.
- Update customer databases.
- Coordinate product dispatch.
- Follow-up customer calls.
- Provide lasting solutions to customer issues.
Must be:
- 18 months experience minimum.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong comprehension skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
