Job Description

Responsibilities include:
- Processing online orders
- Managing warehouse operations
- Overseeing customer service
- Optimizing processes to better workflow
- Communicating and providing feedback when needed
Qualifications:
- Must have strong leadership skills and ability to work within a team.
- Outstanding communication, both verbal and written.
- Hands-on experience with a similar role for 4-5 years.
- Must be familiar with IFS (Smart Freight Systems) and eBay.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Amenable to share their knowledge and train new employees.
This is an onsite work setup based in Angeles City, Pampanga. Full-time position with a salary starting from Php30,00.00 per month.
