Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Lead HRSS Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR Shared Service (HRSS) functions within the organization. This includes managing a team of analysts, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, excellent analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. Experience in HR systems, data analytics, and process improvement is highly desirable.
