Job Description
Job Description:
- Building audit reports for NPS and patient satisfaction survey
- Analyzing and interpreting data from reports extracted from Power BI
- Working with stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Assembling data within agreed timeframes
- Building forms/quizzes/quality assurance forms
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience as a Reports Analyst or similar
- Experience in MS Excel
- Power BI experience is an advantage but not required
- Familiar with dashboards, reports, portals, etc
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Amenable to working night shifts
