Job Description
Responsible for petty cash disbursements, replenishment, and petty cash count.
Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits.
Ensure bank and petty cash transactions are recorded daily.
Prepare monthly cash-flow control sheets with original documents of all transactions.
Review field budget activities to ensure cost efficiency.
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration.
Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, processing reimbursements.
Identifying financial liabilities, performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow.
Resolving account discrepancies, performing account reconciliations.
