Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolves issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Matches customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation skills to address objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Shares information with internal and external clients.
