Job Description
Are you excited about providing exceptional customer service? ASG BPO NORTH is hiring a dynamic Customer Service Representative for the Hotel Reservation account in Quezon City- Cubao.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel reservations.
- Ensure a delightful customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Minimum one-year BPO Experience
- Reside within NCR or Rizal/Antipolo
