Job Description
- Deliver instructor-led training (ILT and VILT) on KYC topics for the KYC Academy Pillars such as CDD/TM/Screening.
- Support in developing training programs for KYC staff and collaborate to identify global training needs.
- Assist in preparing Global KYC Academy training materials including SME knowledge content, lesson plans, videos, and presentations.
- Provide feedback from training events to content SME’s, ISD, and management.
- Support exploration, delivery, testing, and rollout of new learning initiatives.
- Implement and manage monitoring systems to ensure trainer performance meets requirements.
- Promote ING brand values, messaging, and philosophy in all training activities.
