Qualifications:
- a. At least 18 years old
- b. Bachelor’s Degree or 2nd year in College

Responsibility includes:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Gathering information, research, and providing alternatives
- Communicating service options to customers
- Training and supporting lower-level employees
