Job Description
Join our team as a Call Center Agent, responsible for customer inquiries, issue resolution, and ensuring satisfaction. Duties include call management, assisting with product concerns, and promoting company offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate answers to queries
- De-escalate customer issues
- Inform clients about new offerings
- Guide customers on product usage
- Update customer accounts
- Collaborate with team for service enhancement
- Assist in new hires training
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php19,500.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
