Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Collections Associate to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to manage and collect outstanding healthcare bills from patients or insurance companies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of medical billing processes.
Key tasks include reviewing accounts, contacting responsible parties for payment, and updating records in accordance with regulations. Prior experience in healthcare collections or medical billing is preferred.
