Job Description
Position Summary: A ProjectWise Success Analyst will assist users in adopting the latest release of Bentley’s ProjectWise Design Integration solution within Bentley’s enterprise accounts.
- Aid in qualifying requirements for upgrading users to the latest ProjectWise Design Integration version
- Participate in ProjectWise upgrade kickoff meetings and provide product expertise
- Perform ProjectWise upgrade activities and client-side troubleshooting
- Assist users in evaluating change management impacts of an upgrade
- Update users on the latest enhancements and licensing model of ProjectWise Design Integration
- Monitor user testing and provide technical guidance
- Lead users through the ProjectWise ‘go-live’ readiness process
- 3+ years of ProjectWise Administration experience
- Technical expertise with ProjectWise architecture and upgrade process
- Experience with change management enablement and empathy for users undergoing change
- Awareness of the relationship between ProjectWise brands and product lines
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, fluent in English
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
