Job Description
The Station Trainer will be responsible in monitoring and equipping retail station crews with the knowledge, skills, and qualifications necessary for their operations. They carry out such functions by conducting lecture and on-the-ground training.
TO-DO LIST (Can you do these?)
- Administer the implementation of Jetti training programs in different areas of retail operations
- See to it that all programs being conducted are according to the process design and modules created
- Conduct training delivery for all positional level in the station and ensure that all training activities and materials meet relevant retail fuel station operation’s needs
- Ensure that the new-to-industry retail fuel stations can operate at 100% level after opening
- Provide refresher training to existing retail fuel stations
- Submit training results and evaluation after training
- Work closely with Retail Training Manager to ensure that people development requirements within the level area are met and ensure that company objectives are achieved
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
CHECKLIST (Do you have these?)
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or any four-year course
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the petroleum industry
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Has enthusiastic personality with good people skills
- Able and willing to be based in Davao
- Willing to work even on weekends and/or holidays if necessary
