Job Description
Responsible for managing performance and target attainment of a group of collections officers, specialists, or associates. Ensures overall cost-effectiveness and productivity of in-house or external collections agencies.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum one (1) year of collections experience in a supervisory capacity
- Good analytical and MIS skills
- Excellent people and coordination skills
