Job Description
>Facilitation
- Conducts necessary trainings for the improvement of the sales force;
- Facilitates company sponsored activities to reach our target market further such as road shows per area, special events based on tourism’s calendar of activities, etc.
- Proposes selling channels which will be effective on the focus area;
- Proposes for additional and strategic OOH locations such as road banners, billboards, flags, merchandises, etc.
- Ensures all existing ads, whether OOH or online, are in good condition for branding purposes and recommends valuable inputs to the marketing team;
- Recommends sales-generating activities based on gathered data and local market study;
>Coordination
- Responsible for the Sales Lounges (from profiling, coordination, to interior) and ensuring that it is utilized well;
- Coordinates all activities between the company and all accredited sellers;
- Coordinates with the other divisions all issues and concerns from the sales team and provides update to sellers.
- Evaluating the LAP with Sales Officer of Business Unit-Sales to measure the effectiveness of all trade marketing efforts.
- Analyzes and recommends strategic placement of OOH ads to the marketing team.
- Analyzes sponsorship requests from Broker partners and organizations, etc.
- Analyzes gathered data and collates local market study;
