Job Description
Handles day to day administration of requests for the approval and processing of payment
- Recording and Monitoring of requests from Finance
- Processing of Disbursements and Various Transactions
- Records online/check disbursements of MFT and Subsidiaries
- Coordination with Finance regarding disbursements for release
- Handles and records check preparation of disbursements
- Handles business travel arrangement for MFT and subsidiaries
- Coordinates with the banks for various transactions
- Attends Alignment meetings with Finance and Subsidiaries
- Business Travel Arrangement for MFT and Subsidiaries
- Coordination with the CEO office and Legal firm for the pending payables and disbursements
- Prepares transmittal advice for documents to various recipients
- Maintains and updates monthly the database of directory of contacts of banks
- Maintains document files daily in an orderly manner
Requirements:
- Handles day to day administration of requests for the approval and processing of payment
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace
- Good oral and written communication skills
