Job Description
Are you a motivated individual with excellent negotiation skills? We are currently seeking a Field Debt Collector to join our dynamic team.
As a Field Debt Collector, your main responsibility will be to locate and contact debtors in person to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding debts. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and businesses, tailoring your approach to each situation.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a persistent nature, and the ability to handle potentially difficult conversations. Previous experience in debt collection or a similar role is preferred.
