Job Description
– Preparing partnership proposals
- Developing and updating client databases
- Conducting market research to identify partnership opportunities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and increase clientele
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Preparing weekly updates and reports
- Conducting internal training and seminars to enhance the skills of subordinates
- Maintaining the sales quota through inside sales on a daily basis
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the public perception and image of the company
- Interacting with others in a way that inspires confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization
- Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve the business
- Planning and formulating a monthly inventory schedule in accordance with customer demand to ensure availability of items/parts in the market
- Managing the implementation and proper execution of programs and initiatives that generate sales and improve operational standards
- Responsible for maximizing sales through proactive selling and providing excellent customer service to retail customers
- Managing the daily operations and revenue generation of the company and ensuring its continual growth
- Assisting in maximizing the company’s operating performance and achieving its financial goals
- Effectively identifying the requirements from operations
