Job Description
A Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with the company’s key clients. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
The main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s market share.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
