Job Description
- Experience with building digital products
- At least 10 years of experience with Product manager role
- Experience managing full lifecycle of product feature delivery
- Product backlog management and prioritization
- Understanding of data analytics, user research
Nice to Have Areas
- Experience with building e-commerce solutions
- Experience with running own business
As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:
- Collaborate with top management, key business stakeholders and team on the vision, strategy, and goals
- In collaboration with Product team define KPIs for online and Digital transformation
- Manage team of Platform managers, Product Owners and Analytics team to support delivery of key projects & initiatives
- Coordinate closely with team to define business development strategy based on needs
- Generate new product ideas based on business objectives, data, and customer insights
- Ideate solutions and new features collaborating with stakeholders
- Work with IT Head for setting up IT teams for project delivery and improvements
- Prepare product roadmap and align with other managers on priorities
- Collaborate with Home Credit Product managers in other SEA countries
