Job Description
It is a multi-national company with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries in Asia. Gardenia Phils. began its operations in 1998 with a state-of-the-art bread factory rated as one of the most modern large-scale bread manufacturing facilities in the country.
A. Principal purpose(s) of the position
The Cost Accounting Supervisor will be in-charge of providing cost of sales reports and supervising the cost accounting group. Responsibilities include reconciling between SL and GL, ensuring accurate cost and inventory accounting, and valuation of the company and its affiliates.
B. Primary duties and responsibilities
Cost Accounting Function
1. Consolidates cost of sales and inventory reports of raw materials and packaging materials (RMPM) of the company and its affiliates.
2. Provides variance analysis on consumption and inventory reports of RMPM.
3. Conducts physical inventory counts.
Financial Analysis and Reporting
1. Reviews monthly Management Reporting Package (MRP).
Graduate of BS in Accountancy
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
With at least 2 years of experience in the related field
Knowledge in Oracle system
