Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Officer include:
- Processing supplier PO/NON-PO invoices
- Processing of intercompany invoices
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Account and supplier management
- Daily GL verification
- Posting of accruals
- Monthly reporting process
- Assist in internal and external audits
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel
- BS in Accountancy/Finance
