Remote Employee PH has an outstanding job opportunity for you as a Customer Success Specialist.
Role: Customer Success Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: ₱5,00 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, ₱1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable)
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9PM to 6AM, Philippine time
Work Setup: Work from Office
Summary: We are looking for a dynamic individual with fluent English communication skills to join our team. The role involves conducting Zoom calls, handling technical support tasks like DNS updates during client onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and Slack live chat.
- Engage with clients, anticipate needs, and provide personalized support.
- Create informative resources for customers and collaborate with teams.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with Zoom calls, Slack, and technical support tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
