Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Work & Life Advisor. As a Work & Life Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees to help them achieve a healthy work-life balance.
Your main duties will include conducting assessments, developing personalized plans, and offering resources and strategies to promote well-being in both professional and personal aspects. You will also organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee’s skills and knowledge in managing their work-life harmony.
The ideal candidate should have a background in counseling, psychology, or human resources, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in coaching or advising individuals on work-life balance issues is a plus.
