Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Davao. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the fieldwork operations.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also assist in coordinating fieldwork activities, managing client relationships, and collecting feedback to improve our services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in client support or fieldwork operations is a plus.
