Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks related to sales operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining sales records, processing orders, coordinating with customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage sales documentation and update sales database
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals
