Job Description
Designation: DISBURSEMENT STAFF – RELIEVER
Work Location: ACCOUNTING OFFICE – WESTER FEEDMILL CORPORATION COACO ROAD, PAMPANGA, DAVAO CITY (LANDMARK: BEFORE COACO BEACH)
Job Description:
- Receiving and matching manual Receiving Reports (RR) with attachments
- Validating and approving source documents
- Preparing Request for Payment Form (RPF) for supplier bills
- Processing RPF and issuing Check Voucher
- Releasing signed check payments to suppliers
- Proper filing and storage of Check Vouchers
- Performing related assigned tasks
Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract Length: 4 months
Salary: Php12,100.00 – Php14,100.00 per month
