Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new staff
- Interviewing applicants
- Maintaining accurate payroll
- Managing pensions and benefits
- Ensuring health and safety protocols
- Organizing staff training
- Advising on employment policies
- Handling disciplinary issues
- Negotiating contracts
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
– Min. 6 months HR experience
– Location: Baesa, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php10,829.96 – Php20,388.20 per month
