Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a My Query Advisor. As a My Query Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting customers with their queries and concerns.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
